Mr T Ndoro
Housing and Community Services Director
Mr Thomas Ndoro is the Director Housing, Health and Community Services for the Municipality of Marondera. With over 28 years of experience in Local Governance, he has held various positions, including Housing Officer for the Municipality of Redcliff from 1996-2006, Estates Officer for the Municipality of Marondera from 2006 to 2016, and Estates Manager for the Municipality of Marondera from February 2016 to present. From May 2017 to March 2018, Mr Ndoro was appointed as the Acting Director of Housing and Community Services. He holds several qualifications, including a Master of Science Degree in Strategic Management from Post Chinhoyi University of Technology, a Graduate Diploma in Management for Executives from the University of Zimbabwe, and a Planning and Management of Urban Services Certificate from the Human Settlement Management Institute in New Delhi, India
